This in-depth 40-minute appointment is all about you. I'll take the time to understand your health concerns and your medical history. I’ll listen carefully and work with you to create a personalised plan to support your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Your plan may include tailored advice on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), lifestyle changes, and other strategies to help you thrive. After the consultation, I’ll provide a detailed summary of our discussion via email within five days. With your consent, a copy can also be shared with your GP.

A follow-up appointment (25 minutes) is recommended three months after your initial consultation. This allows us to review your progress, adjust your plan if needed, and address any concerns.
